I’m a certified pediatric sleep consultant, but more importantly, I’m a parent who knows what it feels like to run on empty. I’ve been the mom counting down the minutes until bedtime, the one googling at 2 a.m. with a baby on my chest, and the one trying to show up for work the next morning totally fried. If you’re here, I’m guessing you’ve been there too.
